Modified Rule in (red)
Here are some Details you will need, If there is anything you do not understand Please ask.
And if there are any rules which you feel should be part of this game then again please let me know.
How to Play and some Rules :-
1). Your Team:
Team selection is Easy; simply send me an Email with your team selection, A Tactic should also be stated unless you wish to keep it the same. (It should look something like this)
Arsenal : Passing
1 Seaman
2 Dixon
3 Keown
4 Bould
5 Adams (cap)
6 Petit
7 Vieira
8 Parlour
9 Anelka
10 Bergkamp (pen)
11 Overmars.
You can also name 5 subs if you want (if you don’t your assistant manager will select them) A formation is worked out by what Team you Play, But......You must have at least 1 Forward and at least 1 Midfielder and at least 2 Defenders, and of course 1 Goalkeeper, This way you can make up your own formations as long as you keep to the above rules.
2). Tactics :
You can choose from 6 tactics: Attacking, Defensive, Long Ball, Wide Ball (use wings), Counter-Attack or Passing
If your team/tactic selection has not been received then your last team and tactic will be used, No action can be taken from delayed e-mails, even if it has the Date and time on it, so it is always best to send selections and negotiations as early as possible.
Penalty takers can be chosen for a game or even permanently, This is done by writing (pen) next to the player you want to take your Penalties: You can also Select a Captain (cap).
You can also select certain substitutions to happen during a game, E.G. If you wanted to take off a striker and bring on a midfielder, it can be done by putting the following at the bottom of your team sheet,
Sub: no.9 for no.14 (or if you haven’t named your subs) Sub: no.9 for any MD
You can also have detailed match reports on your game (or even another game) depending on how popular this gets each person is only Allowed 1 report per week............
3). Buying and Selling:
Buying from the Transfer list is done by E-Mailing you selection, you must state how much you would like to bid, the player will automatically agree a contact spanning from 1-4 seasons. (This can depend on the player and how well your club is performing).
Transfer listing a Player can be done by E-Mailing your selection (s), you must also state a price for how much you want to sell him for (E.G. the least offer you would accept) If a player is put on the List for a certain Value, As soon as a bid is received which matches or is more than the stated price he will be immediately transferred, ANY bids that are below your Price will be sent to you so that you can Reject or Accept the offer. If you don’t put a price – any bids will be forwarded to you for this player.
Clubs cannot sell players if they do not have a squad of 11 players and 5 subs, this only includes players who are not injured or suspended.
Loaning players can be done either by agreements made with other managers or players from the Transfer List, ALL Loans will be for the Season (re-calls allowed with at least 1 weeks notice) And no club can Loan in anymore than 8 players per-season.
Scouting can be performed by E-Mailing what position you are looking for and what rating you would like, and then you will receive a big list of ALL the players matching your criteria, Alternatively you can get info on a certain player, if you know his name and Nationality you can receive some info. About this players pos. rating and current value.
New transactions must be completed 2 days before any game, so that he will be legible to play in a Saturday game the transfer must be fully completed by Thursday 6pm.
3a). BOSMAN Rule – Bidding for out of contract players
Half way through the season a list of ALL the players who have only a few months left on the contract will be issued,
You will then be allowed to approach any of the players to sign for your club on a free transfer,
YOU have to declare your interest – then the player decides to either sign a new deal with his current club – or he may decide to join your club or another club.
Renewing a Contract of Your own player is done by placing a £0 bid for that player, if you do not offer him a new contract he will be released.
(This is a new and un-tested feature – so I hope when it happens it works)
4). Money and Suspensions
Money will be issued to Clubs at the end of the season – your clubs income depends on Final League position and Cup(s) progress,
Getting to the Quarter-Finals of any competition will give your club a financial bonus,
If you require this cash before the end of the season please Ask and the revenue can be instantly made available to you.
Red Cards will give the player an Automatic ban for the next Domestic game (league/cup)
If he receives a straight RED then he will be banned for 3 games,
But if he receives a Yellow and then a RED he gets a 2 game ban,
European Red-cards carry a Two game ban (qualifying/knockout stages).
5). Other Information:
Organising a Friendly is easy, just tell me who you want to Play, or you can contact the Manager of a certain Club and arrange one that way, or you can ask your assistant manager select a team for you.
In the Event of a person being found to be cheating a relevant fine or ban will be issued.
